About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our claims department in Zagreb, handling the processing and settlement of property insurance losses. The role supports the entire claims lifecycle, from registration to final liquidation, and works closely with internal databases and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Registration of property damage claims.
• Collecting, receiving and administratively processing documentation related to reported claims.
• Processing and liquidating claims.
• Maintaining and updating internal databases, records and related information.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (technical direction).
• Relevant experience is not a prerequisite.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Clear, pleasant and calm communication style.
• Team‑player attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.
• Computer literacy.
