About the role

We are looking for a responsible, communicative and motivated Production Associate to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves supporting the manufacturing of a wide range of IVD reagents and solutions, ensuring that each step meets our quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the production of IVD medical reagents and solutions.
• Prepare and execute filling, labeling, packaging and palletising of finished products according to predefined procedures.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with existing quality management systems.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary vocational education, preferably in pharmacy, health‑laboratory, chemical technology or related fields.
• Experience in a laboratory or pharmaceutical production environment is an advantage.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong digital skills in MS Office.
• Willingness to adapt, learn, work precisely and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
