About the role

We are looking for a motivated associate to support the creation and development of project documentation for thermotechnical and hydro‑technical installations. The role is based in our Zagreb office and involves close collaboration with senior engineers and the design team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and developing project documentation for thermotechnical and hydro‑technical systems.
• Work with CAD/BIM tools, primarily Autodesk Revit, to produce 3D models and drawings.
• Use specialized calculation software for engineering analyses.
• Prepare graphic and textual documents for printing and plotting.
• Package complete project documentation for delivery to clients.
• Coordinate with colleagues from other departments.
• Perform office‑based tasks as required.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher technical education in engineering (mechanical, shipbuilding, civil).
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for tasks.
• Ability to work independently and within a team under set deadlines.
• Good computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet tools.
