About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead the Electrical Maintenance Department in its food‑processing plant. You will ensure safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective operation of all electrical systems and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and optimise the work of the electrical team.
• Maintain machines, equipment and buildings while respecting safety, quality and cost targets.
• Maintain the transformer station and both high‑voltage (SN) and low‑voltage (NN) networks within the plant.
• Prepare cost estimates and concept designs for technical and technological solutions.
• Develop automated, regulatory and process control systems.
• Test installations, measurement and control equipment.
• Carry out corrective, preventive and investment electrical maintenance tasks.
• Monitor the accuracy of measurement instruments and propose improvement actions.
• Define budgets and track expenses against plan.
• Maintain cooperation with external partners and stay updated on legal regulations and market trends.
• Ensure continuous development and training of staff.
• Collaborate with other departments and services.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma and higher education (preferred fields: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar electrical maintenance roles.
• Basic knowledge of English and German.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of ePlan, AutoCAD and Siemens TIA Portal.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
