About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Bistra, focusing on research, development and marketing of nutraceutical and medical products. The role combines scientific analysis, product formulation, clinical trial support and market‑driven strategies to promote health‑preserving solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyse health‑prevention needs of the working population.
• Monitor market trends and assess current product landscape.
• Assist in ingredient selection and create effective nutraceutical and medical product formulations.
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of clinical studies.
• Provide education and training to professional and healthcare staff.
• Develop marketing strategies and tools to boost product sales.
• Offer technical support to the sales team for market entry.

Required profile

• University degree in biomedicine, pharmacy, biotechnology, nutrition, food technology, biochemistry, nursing or related field.
• At least three years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical product marketing and sales.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with analytical and critical thinking.
• Creative and innovative approach to product development.
