About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist focused on the gastro sector to manage product assortments, ensure quality, and drive profitability across our retail network in Croatia. The role involves close collaboration with store sales teams and frequent travel to sales points.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product assortment and pricing strategy to maximise profitability.
• Control product quality and monitor compliance.
• Collaborate with store sales teams to align objectives.
• Visit sales locations throughout Croatia for audits and relationship building.
• Prepare reports and perform analysis on sales performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma (VSS) or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Strong team orientation and willingness to travel, with a valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
