Strategy and Planning Analyst

About the role

Vertiv Croatia is seeking a Strategy and Planning Analyst to support global and regional initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, providing data‑driven insights that shape the company’s short‑term results and long‑term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare global Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations and reports.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of headcount, CAPEX, and fixed‑cost tables.
• Conduct market research and analysis to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to gather, analyse and synthesize data.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate strategy tasks, regional and global reports (MBR, QBR) and facilitate cross‑team communication.
• Lead meetings with regional and local departments to address specific problems and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, planning, consulting or business analysis.
• Experience in an international, culturally diverse organization is a plus.
• English proficiency of at least B2 level.
