About the role

Nova TV d.d. is looking for a senior sales professional to drive acquisition of new B2B clients for the digital advertising platform Bijelo Jaje. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and help shape the sales strategy of one of Croatia’s most promising digital portals.

Key responsibilities

• Active telephone and field acquisition of new business customers and sale of advertising packages and digital solutions.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with companies, crafts, and agencies by tailoring ad solutions to their needs.
• Own the entire sales process: schedule meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Plan and execute sales activities to meet defined targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain activity records in the CRM system and collaborate with internal teams for project delivery.

Required profile

• University degree (SSS/VŠS/VSS) with at least three years of active B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability in telephone, direct, or field sales and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Result‑oriented, autonomous, responsible and proactive attitude.
• Persistence and creativity in finding new sales opportunities.
• Organised with the capacity to manage multiple clients and sales activities.
• Basic knowledge of English and a valid B‑category driver’s licence.
