About the role

We are looking for a precise, organized and reliable Accounting Specialist to join our Finance Department. The role involves handling daily operational accounting tasks in a stable and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Post and reconcile domestic and foreign bank statements.
• Prepare and enter payment orders (virmana) via online banking.
• Maintain customer and supplier account balances and reconcile open items.
• Record incoming invoices and manage cash operations.
• Process travel orders for field teams.
• Prepare, verify and submit monthly tax reports (VAT, VAT‑S, URA) through the ePorezna system.
• Maintain fixed‑asset registers and inventory accounting.
• Assist in preparing financial and statistical reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operational and independent accounting tasks.
• Educational background in economics (SSS / VŠS / VSS).
• Good knowledge of tax and accounting regulations related to VAT and trade.
• Basic English proficiency (A2 level).
• High level of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail.
