About the role
VENTO Logistics is expanding its team in Osijek and is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting the company’s transport and logistics services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers.
- Sell transport and logistics solutions.
- Prepare offers and negotiate terms.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Required profile
- Communicative and proactive personality.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Independent, responsible and self‑driven.
- Minimum four‑year secondary school education.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
