About the role

The Sales Specialist will act as the main point of contact for both domestic and international customers, handling inquiries, quotations, orders and after‑sales support for our manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with existing and potential customers locally and abroad.
• Receive, process and respond to customer inquiries.
• Prepare cost calculations and commercial offers.
• Enter and manage customer orders.
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with production, technology, quality and other departments.
• Track open offers and follow‑up activities.
• Support development of relationships with current customers.
• Maintain and update data in the ERP system.
• Assist the purchasing department as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, engineering or a related field.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Good computer literacy and experience with MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Responsible, precise and able to work independently.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn technical products and production processes.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
