About the role
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist (female/male) to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves accurate calculation and processing of employee salaries in line with Croatian accounting and tax regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and execute monthly payroll calculations for all staff.
- Ensure compliance with current accounting and tax legislation.
- Maintain payroll records and support internal audits.
Required profile
- Higher education in economics (VŠS/VSS/SSS).
- Minimum two years of experience in payroll or related functions.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
- Positive attitude and readiness to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
