About the role

The Procurement Specialist will join the purchasing department of KONČAR in Zagreb, ensuring the timely and cost‑effective supply of goods, services and works required for production and company operations.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, analyse and execute daily procurement tasks.
• Monitor market conditions and provide data to support supplier selection.
• Track material and product price trends.
• Coordinate complaint resolution with all internal departments.
• Collaborate closely with other functions across the organisation.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education, preferably technical.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• At least two years of experience in a similar procurement role.
• Good command of a foreign language, English preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
