About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing of goods and materials for our hotel operations in Zagreb. The role involves handling both domestic and international markets, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Procure goods and materials for hotel operations on local and international markets.
• Develop procurement plans, conduct analyses and prepare reports.
• Collect and evaluate supplier offers and participate in negotiations.
• Assist in contract preparation and monitor commercial terms.
• Organise transport, logistics and import procedures.
• Track order execution, delivery deadlines and specification compliance.
• Control quality of received goods and handle complaints.
• Monitor market trends, new products and potential suppliers.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, warehouse and hotel sites.
• Represent the company at industry fairs domestically and abroad.

Required profile

• University degree (preferably economics or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related function.
• Proven experience in negotiations, offer analysis and supplier management.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Analytical, precise, organised and responsible attitude.
• Professional integrity, transparency and reliability.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
