Solution Quality Analyst (m/f)

About the role

As a Solution Quality Analyst you will ensure that digital solutions used in life‑science projects meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency and regulatory compliance. You will lead validation documentation, coordinate testing activities and collaborate with project teams to deliver reliable software and hardware implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation documentation such as test plans, test cases, test summaries and traceability matrices.
• Define test parameters and conduct integration, functional and stress testing for applications and hardware, tracking and reporting defects.
• Coordinate testing activities, ensure efficiency and quality, and triage and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews, identify quality gaps and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and Good Clinical Practices throughout testing.
• Generate reports from project‑management and defect‑tracking systems as needed.
• Support software design, configuration and documentation to streamline implementation.
• Assist with project milestones, deliverable reviews and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute UAT documentation (test plans, scripts, summary reports) and provide support.
• Collaborate with copyright/license holders and translation vendors when required.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in enterprise software testing with strong manual testing skills.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in English and Croatian, good collaboration and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma (required); a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Industry certifications such as ISTQB, BBST or TAU are a plus.
