About the role

We are looking for a dedicated housekeeper (sobar/sobarica) to maintain cleanliness and order in our hostel. You will ensure rooms and common areas are ready for guests, providing a comfortable and hygienic environment.

Key responsibilities

Cleaning and maintaining rooms, corridors, stairways, and sanitary facilities.
Preparing rooms for new guests, including making beds and arranging furniture.
Changing bed linen, towels, and other consumables.
Performing additional cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors.
Adhering to the hostel’s hygiene, safety, and internal regulations.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar housekeeping positions.
Mandatory proficiency in English.
Strong communication abilities.
Team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

What we offer

Fixed‑term contract for 1 year with a probation period and possibility of extension.
Gross base salary of 1,050 EUR per month (40 hours/week).
Accommodation provided.
Paid overtime and regular allowances.
