SMD operater (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SMD Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team in Zagreb. You will work on a modern production line, handling the assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic devices.

Key responsibilities

• Operate SMD assembly machines, including pick&place, stencil printer, reflow oven, and 3D AOI equipment.
• Prepare materials, verify quantities, and create programming files for pick&place machines.
• Perform SMD repair, soldering, and desoldering of components (SMD and THT).
• Test and program PCB boards according to written instructions.
• Package finished PCBs and carry out mechanical assembly and functional testing of devices.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge in the field of electronics manufacturing.

Required profile

• Experience with SMD pick&place machines or similar production equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Hands‑on experience with SMD and THT soldering/desoldering.
• Certificate of no criminal record is advantageous.
