About the role

We are looking for a motivated pastry chef to join our retail bakery team in Zaprešić. The role focuses on traditional confectionery production and creative cake decoration, offering a supportive environment for continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of traditional pastries and desserts.
• Decorate cakes according to customer specifications and seasonal themes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist customers in the retail area, providing product information and recommendations.

Required profile

• Passion for creativity and a desire to develop pastry and decorating skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings or split shifts.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of cake decorating (preferred but not mandatory).
• Understanding of HACCP food safety system.
