About the role

We are looking for a skilled pastry chef to join our bakery in Zagreb. You will be responsible for creating a variety of cakes, tarts, single‑serve desserts and other sweet treats while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cakes, tarts, mono‑portions and other pastries.
• Participate in developing new desserts and seasonal offers.
• Plan and organise daily production flow.
• Ensure product quality and consistency.
• Manage proper storage of ingredients and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Follow HACCP standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pastry production.
• Knowledge of basic and modern pastry techniques.
• Responsible, organised and precise.
• Strong eye for detail and presentation.
• Eager to learn, develop and contribute to new product creation.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
