About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and preparing goods for distribution while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming merchandise according to internal procedures.
• Control quantity and quality of received goods.
• Prepare orders for delivery to branches and end customers.
• Handle goods, packaging and warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks safely.
• Maintain basic inventory records and track stock movements.
• Pack, label and ready items for transport following company standards.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly and safe.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock audits.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, procurement and technical support departments.
• Follow all safety, work and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Completed primary or secondary education.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Physical fitness for work in a warehouse environment.
• Responsibility, accuracy and good organisational habits.
• Proactive and independent attitude.

Required skills

• B‑category driver’s licence.
• Basic computer operation skills.
• Forklift operation (or willingness to be trained).
