About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our logistics team in Rugvica. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and safe. You will work closely with the logistics department to support efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify quantity, type and condition.
• Unload, load and store goods correctly.
• Place items in appropriate storage locations according to internal procedures.
• Pick and prepare orders for customer delivery.
• Pack, label and ready shipments for transport.
• Issue goods based on orders and documentation.
• Maintain and update warehouse records.
• Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory counts.
• Track product shelf‑life and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and well‑organized.
• Operate warehouse equipment, tools and handling devices safely.
• Collaborate with the logistics department.
• Control documentation related to receipt, storage and issue of goods.
• Report damages, shortages, excesses and other irregularities to supervisors.
• Follow occupational safety, fire protection and safe handling regulations.
• Contribute to process optimisation and better use of warehouse space.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse position.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts or flexible hours.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Independence and responsibility.
