About the role

Akdamar d.o.o. is looking for a motivated System Administrator to join its IT team in Zagreb. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure while providing first‑line support to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor all computer systems and servers.
• Perform preventive actions and implement changes to improve system reliability.
• Configure, deploy and test hardware components such as desktops, laptops and UPS units.
• Provide technical support via email, ticketing system and phone calls.
• Integrate new solutions into existing environments.
• Create and update network documentation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server.
• Good understanding of network protocols and services.
• Experience with email platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hosted mail).
• Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, Macrium Reflect).
• Hands‑on experience with basic hardware servicing.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
