About the role

Wilo Hrvatska is looking for a Service Technician/Engineer to provide technical support to customers, install and commission equipment, and perform service, maintenance and repair tasks. The role combines technical expertise with independent problem‑solving and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out complex field service interventions and workshop repairs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and continuously improve service processes.
• Collect and process information needed for service preparation.
• Coordinate service activities with the Wilo service team, external partners and suppliers.
• Open, monitor and administrate service orders.
• Enter service reports, minutes and checklists into the system to guarantee data quality.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance, equipment commissioning and repairs according to customer requirements.
• Prepare service and spare‑part offers on‑site when possible.
• Conduct basic quality analyses and produce related reports.
• Collaborate in planning and organising service activities with customers and internal departments.
• Handle the retrieval, organisation and delivery of spare parts from warehouse or service base.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher technical education (electrotechnics, mechatronics or related field).
• Preferably several years of experience in service or technical customer support.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to solve complex technical challenges independently.
• Self‑reliant, responsible and result‑oriented.
• Flexible, reliable and ready to work in a team.
• Good communication skills and professional attitude towards customers.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel across Croatia.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
