About the role
The Service Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers bringing vehicles to our workshop in Split. You will manage the intake process, coordinate repairs, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receive vehicles in the service department and communicate with clients.
- Open, track, and close work orders.
- Coordinate between customers and the service team.
- Monitor repair progress and update clients.
- Prepare quotations and calculate completed work.
- Maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Preferably experience in similar service or reception roles.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proficient with computer tools: DMS system and MS Office.
- Strong sales, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle technical aspects and service processes.
