About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appliance Service Technician to join our service centres in Zagreb and Solin. You will work on a variety of household devices, from personal‑care products to coffee machines, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on household appliances.
• Test devices before and after service to confirm proper functionality.
• Provide clear technical instructions to users for correct operation.
• Carry out all tasks within the service centre environment.

Required profile

• Basic computer literacy.
• Responsible, tidy, and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to learn; prior experience is welcome but not mandatory.
