Service Expert Aftermarket

About the role

The Service Expert Aftermarket will ensure high‑quality handling of customer complaints and support the entire service chain for our products. Working closely with distributors, retail partners and internal departments, you will help maintain technical standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Process warranty claims in line with company procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with distributors and retail chains to execute comprehensive service activities.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, supply‑chain and finance teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Manage, verify and validate technical documentation on the SSC platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide support to the product management team.
• Develop, update and deliver product‑education materials and tools, making them available to business partners.

Required profile

• Higher technical education, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal‑combustion engine construction and technology.
• Knowledge of consumer‑protection regulations, warranty conditions and ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Preferably certified to handle, maintain, repair and measure electrical devices and installations.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Active English language proficiency.
