Senior Sales Manager

About the role

ARIVERA FRUIT is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow relationships with key partners in the fruit and vegetable supply chain. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring seamless delivery from production to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the business relationship with partners in your portfolio, ensuring successful achievement of sales goals.
• Communicate daily with existing and potential partners to negotiate agreements and secure sales.
• Oversee the entire sales process from quotation to invoicing, coordinating all necessary actions.
• Define, develop and maintain product assortments for each customer.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely dispatch to partners.
• Track market trends and competitor activity, manage pricing policy and competitiveness index.
• Handle customer complaints from a commercial perspective, ensuring quick resolution.
• Document the complete sales process in the information system.
• Collect market and partner information to improve demand forecasting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales plans and monitor their execution.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, logistics and marketing to optimise sales and delivery processes.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and increasing revenue from key accounts.
• Experience in retaining and expanding relationships with strategic customers.
• Ability to grow market share and improve customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical mindset for market and competitor analysis.
