Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

Join a leading food, agricultural and pharmaceutical company as a Senior Internal Auditor. You will independently manage audit projects from risk assessment through reporting, ensuring compliance with professional standards and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor emerging trends and risks relevant to the business.
• Lead simple to complex internal audit projects, including planning, execution, and report preparation.
• Develop detailed audit project plans and assess the effectiveness of the control environment.
• Review company policies, procedures and processes, evaluate control design and efficiency, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Track implementation of audit recommendations.
• Enhance internal audit methodologies and ensure adherence to professional standards and the code of ethics.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, finance, audit, IT, pharmacy or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal audit or a similar role.
• Active knowledge of English.
• Willingness to travel and commit to continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Advanced use of SAP (preferred).
