Senior Global Product Manager Energy Solutions

About the role

Jungheinrich, with over 30 years of experience in software and digital products for warehouse, fleet, device, process and interface management, is looking for a Senior Global Product Manager Energy Solutions in Zagreb. You will define the product and solution strategy for the energy portfolio, connect market needs, customer value, technology and commercial viability, and take new solutions from idea to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the product and solution strategy, especially for new products adjacent to established business models
• Translate the corporate and portfolio strategies into a prioritised roadmap and business cases
• Identify expansion opportunities such as new products, digital services, partnerships and business models, involving relevant functions early
• Monitor global energy markets, mechanisms and regulations with regional teams, and validate market potential with Sales, Service and international market organisations
• Drive new solutions from validation through development to launch and scaling, working with Development, Sales, Service, Operations and other international stakeholders

Required profile

• Degree in engineering with a business focus, or a business degree with strong technical understanding; comparable qualifications welcome
• At least five years of experience in product management, business development or a similar market-facing role
• Demonstrable experience in the energy market and its regulatory framework
• Experience developing product roadmaps, business cases, portfolio management and go-to-market concepts
• Advantage: experience with energy management systems, digital energy products or integrated energy solutions
