About the role

A fast-growing technology company builds multiple SaaS platforms across AI, healthcare and data intelligence, including a multi-tenant AI platform for sales intelligence and call analysis, a HIPAA-aware healthcare portal and an audience intelligence platform. It is hiring a full-stack engineer to work across several SaaS apps, contributing to features, integrations, debugging and backend systems. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position with a primary focus on the AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain API routes with validation, pagination and error handling, and debug third-party integrations
• Implement webhooks, asynchronous data workflows, background jobs and workflow orchestration
• Contribute to database design, migrations and row-level security policies
• Write unit and integration tests
• On the healthcare platform: build onboarding flows, authentication systems and integrate with healthcare and pharmacy APIs, with validation, audit logging and compliance features
• Support maintenance of the audience intelligence platform as needed

Required profile

• 2-4+ years of experience with TypeScript (strict mode, generics, strong typing)
• Strong experience with Next.js (App Router, API routes, middleware) and React
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Supabase or similar BaaS platforms
• REST API integrations, debugging, webhooks, async data processing, Git workflows and pull requests
• Nice to have: multi-tenant SaaS, AI or voice systems, HIPAA-compliant environments, system design knowledge
• Detail-oriented, reliable problem solver who works independently and communicates proactively

What we offer

• Competitive salary based on experience and region
• Fully remote work with flexible hours
• Long-term growth with increased ownership and the chance to lead projects
