Security and Resilience Management Specialist

About the role

The Security and Resilience Management Specialist will assess and improve the security and operational resilience of ICT services, systems and solutions at UNIQA. You will work closely with ICT, Information Security and business owners to identify risks and implement mitigation measures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform security and resilience assessments of ICT services, systems and solutions, considering relevant requirements, risks and controls.
• Identify, analyse and assess security weaknesses, control deficiencies and resilience gaps, and evaluate their potential impact.
• Define and monitor risk mitigation and remediation measures in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of security risk management and operational resilience processes.
• Contribute to ICT risk assessments for new or changed services and manage risks related to legacy systems and technology vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience in information security, cybersecurity, ICT risk management or IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of information security principles, security risks and technical controls.
• Ability to analyse technical findings and translate them into clear risks and actionable remediation.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured, risk‑based approach.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
