Scada Development Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Scada Development Engineer to join our team and work on RITOP, a leading SCADA solution used in critical water and energy infrastructures. You will be part of an agile environment, collaborating with product owners, engineering, support and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the RITOP SCADA product based on Siemens WinCC OA.
• Design, implement and modernize software components using C#, C++, CTRL++, SQL and modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in both product code and customer installations.
• Contribute to software architecture, technical concepts and future product designs.
• Plan and execute unit, integration and system tests, and support code reviews.
• Help improve development processes, tools and overall software quality.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of object‑oriented software development experience, preferably in a Windows environment.
• Experience with networked systems, databases and agile (Scrum) development.
• Analytical, structured approach and strong initiative.
• Good spoken and written English; German at least B2 (C1 preferred).
