About the role

We are looking for a personable Sales and Client Experience Advisor to become the face of the Hästens Store in Zagreb. The role focuses on consultative selling of high‑value sleep solutions and delivering an exceptional, discreet customer journey from first contact through post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized advice on sleep quality, ergonomics, bed construction and natural materials, guiding clients through the full sales cycle.
• Manage sales opportunities, achieve agreed targets and maintain structured communication via the CRM system.
• Develop a strong network of clients and partners, especially architects, interior designers, luxury real‑estate experts, hospitality and wellness professionals.
• Organise small in‑store events, participate in partner events and contribute occasional social‑media content.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and communication between clients, suppliers and logistics partners.
• Ensure the showroom is always organized, visually appealing and aligned with Hästens brand standards, handling basic administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong consultative selling mindset and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Professional, calm and trustworthy demeanor with a keen eye for detail, quality and aesthetics.
• Independent, proactive and ready to take responsibility.
