About the role

As a Beauty Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers in our stores across Zagreb, Split and Rijeka. You will provide personalized product advice, ensure a pleasant shopping experience and help customers find the right beauty solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient service, adapting the approach to each customer’s needs.
• Offer product recommendations that increase average basket size and customer loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked sales floor and ensure accurate inventory handling.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly at the register.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product ranges, promotions and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, communicative and customer‑oriented personality.
• Interest in sales and a desire to acquire new beauty‑industry knowledge.
• Reliability and a conscientious attitude toward merchandise and cash handling.
