About the role

Manpower Croatia is looking for a Field Sales Advisor to promote the A1 telecom brand across multiple cities in Croatia. The role involves direct interaction with customers outside the company premises, presenting product packages and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the A1 customer base through face‑to‑face communication.
• Present and sell appropriate telecom product and service bundles.
• Develop and maintain long‑term, high‑quality relationships with clients.
• Provide feedback to supervisors on market conditions and customer interests.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset and willingness to work in a team.
• Ability to represent the company’s image positively when interacting with customers.
• Experience in direct sales is a plus but not mandatory.
