About the role

We are looking for a Sales Advisor for our shop locations in Croatia. You will interact directly with private customers, presenting products, services and tailored solutions while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products, services and specific solutions to private customers and provide advice in the A1 shop.
• Support customers and build lasting relationships focused on their satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and technical questions.
• Promote the company’s image through a professional, customer‑centric attitude.
• Become a trusted point of contact for people seeking our solutions.

• Basic computer literacy.
