About the role

The company is looking for an independent freight dispatcher to manage the flow of goods through its Rijeka hub. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing customs documentation, and ensuring timely communication with clients and transport partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain records of goods arrival and dispatch.
• Prepare inbound and outbound shipping documents.
• Compile and submit documentation required for customs clearance.
• Communicate with clients and all parties involved in road, rail, and sea transport.
• Ensure correct distribution of parcels and shipments.
• Process supplier invoices and confirm payments.
• Invoice services rendered and monitor customer payments.

Required profile

• Experience in freight forwarding or related logistics operations.
• Preferably passed a customs examination.
• Strong communication, organizational abilities and adherence to deadlines.
• Team‑oriented attitude with good presentation skills.
• Loyalty and a commitment to continuous professional development, especially in customs regulations.
• Proof of English language proficiency (if available).
