Sales Specialist in Industry segment (m/f)

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive growth of Medium‑Voltage (MV) and Low‑Voltage (LV) switchgear and digital solutions within the Industry segment of the ABB Croatia Cluster. The role is based in Zagreb and reports to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate delivery times, payment terms and general conditions to customers in line with ABB’s strategy.
• Conduct marketing activities and convey ABB’s value proposition to the market.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities across Croatia, Bosnia‑Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania.
• Manage administrative sales procedures, support cash collection and assist project management when required.
• Collaborate with the project management team to execute regional and global projects.
• Act as a technical ambassador by presenting ABB manufacturing facilities and demonstrating how our technology solves customer challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of sales experience with MV/LV switchgear and digital solutions for the Industry segment.
• Hands‑on experience with MV and LV configurators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Croatian (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
• Innovative, problem‑solver, strong time‑management and quick to adapt.
