Sales Representative (m/ž)

About the role

The Sales Representative will develop and manage a network of agents and distributors across assigned territories, driving both short‑term and long‑term sales, revenue and profitability goals. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its distribution partners, ensuring alignment with market potential and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a distributor network, setting sales targets and growth plans for each region.
• Analyze distributor performance by product groups and sales channels, creating tailored development strategies.
• Manage pricing, commercial terms, discounts and contract compliance.
• Define sales forecasts, support pre‑season and special‑offer orders, and monitor payment timeliness.
• Execute sales and promotional campaigns, including POS material deployment.
• Enhance product visibility at points of sale, provide technical support and training to distributor sales teams.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, fairs, demonstrations and local promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, technical support, logistics, finance and supply chain.
• Track competitor activity, maintain up‑to‑date CRM data and report on sales results and market analyses.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business, engineering or related fields; marketing or management education is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in regional sales or distributor network management with proven sales results.
• Experience in trade marketing and participation in trade fairs.
• Strong commercial, technical and economic competence, negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical abilities and experience working directly with customers and delivering product training.
