Sales Representative Frames Croatia (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote our premium frames portfolio across Croatia. You will work from our Novigrad office, building strong relationships with existing retailers and identifying new business opportunities in the optical market.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly to showcase and sell frames from our portfolio.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within approved guidelines and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Identify and engage prospective customers to expand market coverage.
• Collect and share customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor insights with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends and recommend actions to support growth.
• Collaborate with customers on marketing initiatives that boost product visibility.
• Participate in promotional events, product launches, trade activities, and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven field sales experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Native-level Croatian and fluent English.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen.
• Self‑motivated and capable of managing a sales territory independently.
