Sales Manager (m/ž)

About the role

The Sales Manager will focus on business growth by acquiring new customers and developing new markets. You will work with a high degree of autonomy to organise sales activities and shape market approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and customers.
• Research market segments, potential clients and growth opportunities.
• Design and implement sales actions aimed at achieving business targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Build a network of new business contacts and partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and conduct negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in setting sales goals and planning.
• Track sales pipeline, opportunities and results regularly.
• Collaborate with internal technical and other teams on new opportunities.
• Represent the company at fairs, conferences and other business events.
• Travel as required for business needs.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development or related fields.
• Strong commercial orientation and result‑driven mindset.
• Self‑starter with initiative and ability to spot new opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Capability to build relationships with contacts at various business levels.
• Well‑developed organisational and presentation skills.
• Active knowledge of German and/or English.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
