Sales Executive – Zadar Region

About the role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and increasing brand visibility for Pernod Ricard in the Zadar region. The role involves managing relationships with wholesalers and on‑trade customers, implementing promotional plans, and ensuring optimal product distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales and brand visibility in the assigned Zadar region.
• Build and maintain business relationships with wholesalers and Ho.Re.Ca. customers.
• Identify and activate new points of sale.
• Monitor distribution, visibility and promotional activations.
• Draft and manage commercial contracts with partners.
• Analyse competitor activities and market trends.
• Forecast sales, plan demand and manage order processing.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of building solid customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and a team player.
• Valid clean B driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power Point.
