Sales Associate – Wholesale Centre

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our wholesale centre in Osijek. The role offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with customers, support telephone sales, and help expand our client base in the construction and automotive sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve and advise customers on a catalogue of over 100,000 products.
• Process sales at the cash register, issue goods, and receive orders.
• Conduct telephone sales and follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and open new customer accounts.
• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and visual appeal of the sales floor.
• Handle stock placement, inventory checks, and related logistics.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, friendly and responsible attitude.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
• Previous experience in sales or wholesale is a plus but not mandatory.
