About the role

We are opening a new Intrend store in Zagreb and are looking for passionate, results‑driven Sales Assistants to join our team. You will represent the brand, contribute to store performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in line with brand values, service standards, and selling ceremony.
• Support personal and store goals, working collaboratively with the team.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities.
• Ensure the store is impeccably presented, with merchandise properly displayed and organized.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, brand heritage, and fashion trends.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaking.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
• Passionate about fashion, sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards in presentation and behaviour aligned with the brand image.
