Sales Advisor for New & Used Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at Auto Benussi in Rijeka. You will be responsible for selling both new and pre‑owned vehicles, guiding customers through the buying process, and helping the dealership achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles to customers.
• Track and process sales inquiries promptly.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable vehicle options.
• Provide expert advice and information to potential buyers.
• Organise and conduct test drives.
• Prepare offers and negotiate sales terms.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and complete all documentation required for vehicle sale and delivery.
• Record and update data in the sales system regularly.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Proactive, responsible, precise and reliable.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good computer literacy.
• Valid category B driving licence with active driving experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
