Sales Advisor – Dance Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative Sales Advisor to join our NTS DANCE STORE team in Zagreb. You will be the face of the shop, helping customers find the right dance equipment and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Become familiar with the full range of dance products.
• Assist customers, process sales, and take orders.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments and refunds.
• Receive, display, and organize merchandise.
• Check product pricing and labeling for accuracy.
• Participate in inventory counts and price updates.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales.
• Knowledge of cash‑register operation and payment processing.
• Ability to work accurately and learn quickly.
• Positive communication style and team spirit.
• Basic written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
