Sales Account Executive (Junior to Mid level)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our Zagreb team. The position is full‑time and involves regular travel across Croatia and other European markets. You will manage and grow a portfolio of media and digital service clients, driving revenue and building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, build a sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain and expand existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and keep CRM records up to date.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation and pipeline management.
• Strong account‑management and client‑relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and solution‑focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) – preferred.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Canva – optional but advantageous.
