About the role

We are looking for a responsible and reliable grill master to join our Bistrou restaurant located in the Bauhaus Centre Buzin, Zagreb. The successful candidate will independently handle the preparation and cooking of grilled dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency. You will be part of a dynamic team serving a diverse clientele and will be expected to uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and marinate meat according to recipes.
• Operate the grill and manage cooking times to achieve desired doneness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the grilling area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor inventory of meat and related supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw products.

Required profile

• Responsible and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently on grill duties.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience in meat preparation.
• Proficiency in grilling techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
