Retention Agent (m/ž)

About the role

The Retention Agent will work directly with clients via phone, email and meetings to ensure high satisfaction, increase loyalty and reduce churn. You will act as a key point of contact, analysing feedback and implementing strategies that keep clients engaged with our accommodation portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to retain and upsell accommodation units.
• Monitor and improve sales performance of rental properties.
• Negotiate terms, increase reservations and boost landlord revenue.
• Analyse client feedback to identify sources of dissatisfaction.
• Develop and execute retention strategies to minimise client attrition.
• Resolve complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality service.
• Track KPI related to client retention and report to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Experience in sales and field work.
• Professional attitude with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and goal‑oriented.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer literate and organised.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Preferable experience with CRM systems.
