Regional Sales Representative (m/f)

About the role

Manpower d.o.o. is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to cover Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia‑Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Albania. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of technical sales opportunities, advising customers on Roxtec sealing solutions, and driving growth across new projects and recurring maintenance contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of B2B opportunities in the assigned countries and industry segments.
• Identify and engage new customers, investors, engineering firms, contractors, and maintenance stakeholders.
• Promote technically appropriate Roxtec sealing solutions for cable and pipe penetrations.
• Provide consultative selling, ensuring correct design, installation, and long‑term maintenance practices.
• Create target account lists per country, focusing on pharma, laboratory, hospital, and data‑centre customers.
• Report market insights, project status, customer feedback and competitor activity to local management.
• Participate in sales meetings, product and installation trainings, and internal planning sessions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B technical sales experience.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Hunter mentality with patience for long‑cycle projects.
• Ability to work independently across multiple countries while staying aligned with local teams.
• Experience with industrial, infrastructure, construction, MEP, pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare or data‑centre customers is preferred.
• Technical education (mechanical, electrical or civil engineering) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong MS Office skills.
